Generally, our orders will ship within 3-4 business days. However, this fluctuates throughout the seasons!
This is an estimate. Fluctuations can occur due to sales, busy periods, etc. Kona Blanks will continually update their customers should this estimated time exceed 7 business days. If you require your order in a hurry please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it will be possible.
Australia Post is sent out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Couriers are collected on the next business day from when they are booked.
Please note that this is always calculated in business days (Monday-Friday)
Where do we ship to?
Kona Blanks ships throughout Australia using Australia Post or your nominated courier via Interparcel. We are currently not shipping internationally.
Shipping is based on weight and size and will be calculated at checkout.
My has been shipped but isn’t here/lost/delivered but I’ve not received it.
We understand the frustration that occurs when orders do not get to you in a timely manner!! Kona Blanks is responsible for all orders until your tracking status is listed as “delivered”.
Please remember that once an order leaves our store, we no longer have any control over the manner, time or delays that can occur once it leaves us!
Rest assured, every order is tracked, you will have received tracking details via email when your order is fulfilled. Should your order not arrive, contact us either via email or Facebook with your order number, name, and address for us to escalate the enquiry.
Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is addressed correctly upon checking out. Kona Blanks takes no responsibility for parcels that have been sent to the incorrect address due to you entering in the wrong address. An additional postage fee will be required to be paid to resend your parcel.
How do I change my shipping address ?
Please ensure you contact as soon as you realise the mistake either via Facebook or email email@example.com so that we can try and change the address before the items are sent.
If your items have already been sent out we will try to redirect your items to the correct address but you will be responsible for covering any charges that may be incurred for the change of address.
Please note that this is for Express Shipping only, standard dispatch times apply (This will not put you at the front of our processing queue.). This is how fast your parcel will be received once shipped by us (please note that express postage is given priority by Australia Post meaning they will arrive quicker but it is no longer overnight delivery guaranteed).
We offer a number of payment methods including Secure Credit Card Payments, Afterpay, PayPal, ZipPay, LatitudePay.

If I order multiple meters how is this packed?
All orders are shipped in units selected – i.e. an order for 2 meters will be shipped in 2 x 1-meter lengths
Unfortunately, Kona Blanks is unable to provide any returns or exchanges for products once they have left our Brendale Office. The only instance that this would occur would be for situations covered under Consumer Guidelines. This is where an item is received damaged or faulty or not as described. Only items such as these are eligible for return.
Should there be an instance that you would like your order cancelled, this can only occur if your order has not been shipped and will be done so under the complete discretion of the directors at Kona Blanks. However, should this be requested & granted, your order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. Should your order be shipped, no refunds or cancellations can occur.
This restocking fee covers the administration time of restocking your items as well as fees and charges incurred by Kona Blanks.
Out of stock items
In a rare instance, an item is out of stock, we will contact you regarding the item to offer alternatives or it will be refunded via your payment method.
Should you receive the wrong item or the item/order is damaged, you will be required to contact our office within 3 business days of receiving your order, along with a photo of your wrong/damaged item and we will assess this. Please note that this photo must have the entire contents of the package visible along with the packaging. Please cite your order number, name, and postal address for all communications. We will review the photos and then inform you of how to proceed with a claim for the damages. (Australia Post requires the receiver to present all items including packaging to an Australia Post branch for inspection to submit a claim). We can only offer replacements/refunds for damaged items if the instructions of the carrier are performed. Should the item/s be required to be returned to our office, we will provide a return shipping label. In some instances, this does not need to occur.
Should the item be deemed damaged or faulty, a refund will be processed. It will be at Kona Blanks’ absolute discretion should a replacement be provided.
